DESIGN COMPETITION ⭐| CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Presented by NOTSOLO Corporation & the Canadian Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA)
NOTSOLO Corporation, through the ‘You Are Not Alone’ GJS Endowment Fund, is proud to announce our official Apparel Design Competition.
We invite Canada's premier creative talent to design a specialized uniform or dress kit concept that balances modern aesthetic appeal with professional utility.
Key Competition Details
⭐️Prize: $1,000 credit toward specialized services
Eligible Applicants: Open exclusively to all Alberta-based designers.
Inquiries: Direct all questions regarding rules or eligibility to admin@notsolo.org.
Submission Guidelines & Requirements
⭐Design Scope: Submit an original concept for a professional uniform or dress kit.
⭐Any reference concepts provided serve solely as a benchmark.
⭐Designers are encouraged to bring full creative vision while maintaining professional standards.
Branding: All design entries must incorporate official CCJA branding.
Mandatory Consultation: Every participant must consult with a GJS Endowment Fund Representative prior to final submission to align on key parameters.
Deliverables: Submissions must be sent digitally to admin@notsolo.org and must include:
⭐Detailed design sketches (front, back, and key feature views).
⭐Written design concept description detailing form and function.
⭐Comprehensive list of recommended materials and fabrics.
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of representatives from NOTSOLO and the CCJA based on:
Creativity & Originality: Unique aesthetic features and visual impact.
Form & Function: Practicality, comfort, and utility for professional wear.
Guideline Adherence: Proper incorporation of CCJA branding and submission requirements.

Limitations, Terms & Conditions ⭐
Compliance: Entries that fail to meet all submission requirements or adhere to guidelines are subject to disqualification.
Promotional Use: By entering, participants grant NOTSOLO Corporation and the CCJA permission to use submitted designs, concepts, and designer likenesses for promotional purposes.
Production Rights: The winning design may be formally recognized, produced, and offered for commercial sale.

Empower Her Nursing Endowment Fund
Executive Summary
Established in 2025, the Ruby Alethea "Empower Her Nursing Endowment Fund" provides financial support and career development resources to visible minority women aspiring to become Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
This endowment fund will address systemic barriers these women face in accessing the education and training they need, ultimately fostering diversity in the nursing profession and improving healthcare outcomes in our communities.
