At NOTSOLO SWAG, we design, produce, and decorate promotional materials, such as t-shirts, baseball hats, mugs, etc., signs, banners, posters, vehicle graphics, and other printing services, that help you advertise your business, teams, fundraisers, etc., or for your personal use.
We also have full production, custom design, print, cut, and sew apparel manufacturing capabilities.

We will attempt the closest possible match, however colour conversions from digital image to the final printed product may vary.
Upon request, a sample, for approval, prior to commencing production, can be provided.
Care Instructions

turn garment inside out

machine wash in cold or warm water, using mild detergent

do not directly iron decal - if clothing is creased in decal area - cover decal with parchment paper or pressing cloth prior to pressing (or applying steam)

air-drying is strongly suggested instead of placing the item in the dryer

Refunds
All 'approved' estimates are FINAL SALES due to the frequent customization of products.
Defects
Although we have strict quality control measures, we are human, and mistakes can happen.
If your order has any decorating defects, please email us within 2 weeks of your order pick-up. Send a photo and brief description of the defect. Our team will respond within 2-4 business days with a solution.
Custom Orders
NOTSOLO SWAG requires the customer to pay a 50-75% deposit pre-production and the remaining balance upon order completion (and receipt of an invoice).
Due to the customization of these orders, we do not offer a refund under any circumstance.
